Dog Training Club

 

Insurance

Simply Animals holds appropriate and adequate employers’ liability, public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Responsibilities

Clients are asked to sign a disclaimer regarding their responsibilities and liability for their dog’s behaviour before the start of any training session. We reserve the right to decide the most appropriate approach for dealing with a client’s needs with regards to their dog’s training issues or behaviour. 

 

We also reserve the right to take photos and videos of our work for publicity purposes, but we will always ask your permission at the start of a session before doing this. If you do not want us to take photos or videos of you and / or your dog, please let us know at the start of the session.

When attending training sessions at the club or out in  public clients understand it is their responsibility to wear appropriate clothing and have a mobile phone in case of emergencies. Especially when out on walks or completing canicross and Canitreking.

Clients understand that when training or events take place in open public places, on byways and highways, that they are responsible for their own conduct, safety and well being, and that of their dogs. 

​

Clients assume all risks associated with training and completing outdoors, including but not limited to falls, slips, trips, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, traffic and any other event reasonably expected to occur. 

 

Payments

Full payment must be made in advance of any individual training session, training walks or set of classes. No refunds or transfers will be given for cancellation of training walks, non-attendance at or non-completion of any training session or class by the client. Payment is non refundable, returnable or transferable.

Accounts 

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Simply Animals and its licensors

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Simply Animals. Simply Animals has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Simply Animals shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination 

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Club Photos 

Photos and videos will be taken at all events and training and may be used on social media platforms for advertising etc. If you do not wish to have your photos taken please let us know when booking each event or course.

Maintenance and Safety

As part of our maintenance regime, we inspect Simply Animals Dograssic Dog Parrk and equipment once a week so please notify a us if you have any concerns, or wish to bring anything to our attention. It is the owners responsibility to inspect the field/equipment prior to use, in order to ensure if is suitable for their dogs.

 

When using our dog park, you will need to provide your own poo bags and clean up after your dog(s). Used bags must be removed from the field and disposed of in the bin provided at the gate or taken home with you. We have a 'if you find a poo pick it up' policy. you are likely to miss one which someone else will find so please return the favour.

We provide green water bowls on in the field for you to bring along your own water (there is often water already the field for your dogs). 

​

When using the equipment, it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the equipment is suitable for their dog(s), paying particular attention to your dog(s) height and age limitations and is not designed for children to play on. We ask that non of the equipment is used by any humans. It is all for dogs only (apart from the picnic bench)

All dogs are to be kept on a lead if they are outside of the dog park and must only be let off the lead once the gate is closed. 

​

Owners must discourage their dog(s) from digging on the dog park. Any holes must be filled in by the owner prior to leaving the field.

Code of Ethics

Positive training methods must be observed at all times and Simply Animals do not allow:

• The use of choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices

• Physical and/or verbal harsh handling of dogs

Parking

There is 2 parking spaces within the secure dog field. if you require more spaces please contact us prior to booking. Use of our exercise fields and parking are at your own risk and Sim[ply Animals accept no responsibility for any loss/damages.

Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you arrive on time as bookings cannot be extended if you arrive late.

If you need to cancel or amend a booking, please let us know as soon as possible so that the slot can be made available for others.

* Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will not be charged.

* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may still be charged.
